GSK Holiday Invitational

To media interested in covering this event: Thank you for your coverage of the 2009 GlaxoSmithKline Holiday Invitational.

Credentials for the 2009 GSK are issued for working media only and should be requested as soon as possible due to space limitations and demand. Accrediated working media will have first priority for credentials and all others will be on a space-available basis.

The deadline for credential requests is Friday, Dec. 18, 2009.

Credentials and media packets will be picked up at a press will-call table at Holliday Gymnasium. Only working media who are credentialed through GSK Media Coordinator Bryan Hanks will be allowed in the media areas of Broughton High School’s Holliday Gymnasium. Those media areas include the post-game interview room (which doubles as a media work area), game-viewing tables above the court and the adjacent hallway to the tables and work room.

To request a media credential for the 2009 GSK, send an e-mail to bryanchanks@aol.com with this information:

• Your media outlet (specify newspaper, Internet site, TV or radio)
• Number of credentials requested and the name and title of each requestor
• The teams you will be covering (this is vitally important due to limited viewing areas in media area)

Before you send your e-mail, please type “GSK credentials” in the subject line of the e-mail. Failure to adhere to any of these directions may result in the failure to obtain a media credential.
